Our story.
Evolving Support Services was started by Letia Donnelly and Mark Lepri officially in July 2020. It all began when Mark Lepri entered the disability industry in 2008 - he loved the work, he was passionate about the role as a disability support worker, he did only the best for the clients. Letia witnessed Mark experience the highs, the excitement and the funny stories that brought him to tears of laughter.
One day, Letia said to Mark "We should start our own company, we know our clients will be treated right." Mark said he was too old for it but was eventually convinced to join his daughter Letia to create a company with purpose only to do better than those whom have come before them.
